Darshan is Global Head - Design at Godrej Consumer Products Limited (GCPL), a leading emerging markets FMCG player. She has been a catalyst in bringing design-driven thinking to GCPL. This has led to the transformation of brands – household favourites across personal care, hair care and home care – under one platform, keeping in mind a rapidly evolving Indian market.

Today, Darshan and her team at Design Lab are taking this approach forward to GCPL's global brands across Africa and Indonesia. Over the years, they have reimagined the role of design within the company by envisioning possibilities, fostering new skills and nurturing a design culture to create future-ready products that deliver superior experiences.

Darshan was on the Cannes Lions 2018 Product Design jury. She completed her post graduation in Lifestyle Product Design from the National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad. She is also an alumnus of Harvard Business School, where she pursued her executive education in General Management.
