Ron is a strategic brand and design leader with more than 25 years experience in CPG, brand identity and experience development. He’s led design teams at the Walt Disney World Resort, was hired as the first Creative Director at Cranium, Inc., the fastest growing independent toy and game company in the U.S., led design for many of Procter & Gamble's billion-dollar brands including Old Spice, Secret, Gillette, Olay, Pantene and Head & Shoulders and expanded the role of Design within The Hershey Company.
Ron is proud to be one of the newest members of the PepsiCo Design + Innovation leadership team responsible for North America Beverage Design.
