Born in Douala, Cameroon, Hervé Kwimo moved to the States right after high school. He attended VCU (Virginia Commonwealth University) and SVA (School of Visual Art) where he received his BFA in graphic design and MFA in photography, respectively.

Hervé is known for his simplistic yet intentional approach to design. His multicultural background paints a diverse perspective and pluralistic views on problem-solving. The ethos of his work is to look for the road less traveled and make the familiar surprising.

Hervé started his career at O, The Oprah Magazine as a junior designer. Since then, he has worked for other prominent publications and agencies such as Robb Report, Self Magazine, The Hollywood Reporter, Combs Entreprises, among others. He currently holds the position of Design Director at Condé Nast.
