Motivated by the power of design and experience, Ann connects the dots between story, form, people, and culture. As a part of the Design Leadership Team at Diageo, Ann builds and steers the Design Vision of iconic brands such as Johnnie Walker through direction and process, influencing all visual touchpoints. Externally she seeks the right design talent to partner with, and sets up Diageo & Agencies for success. Together we build memorable brands that – when done right – live in the hearts of the masses.

Prior to joining the Diageo Global Brand Team based in Amsterdam, Ann was an Art Director and Designer in brand identity and luxury packaging design with Agency-side experience in New York City, San Francisco & Los Angeles.
