In her leadership role she has been instrumental in creating & launching notable brands from the FMCG stables of ITC, AMUL, HIENZ, JKHELENCURTIS, TATA, Emami & Ceat in India. She believes that empathetic approach toward the consumers lies at the heart of any brand communication be it packaging or digital, and translating the same into design is what makes her agency most sought after by the FMCG brands in India. As a design mentor, she has been actively associated with top Design Schools in India as a guest lecturer and jury to mentor the design students especially in Product Branding and Packaging.
