Dorothy is an award-winning Haitian American creative director with a focus on beauty and wellness brands. Dorothy runs a design consultancy and has worked with a variety of brands – Fenty, Elf Cosmetics, Church & Dwight, Keys Soulcare, Well People and Avon. She holds over 10 inventor patents for structural bottle design features and unique closing mechanisms. Dorothy has won numerous FiFi's for fragrance bottle designs while at Victoria's Secret Beauty. She is a strong believer in giving back and has partnered with Ulta Beauty and Essence for their Girls United mentorship program guiding multicultural high school students on developing their own beauty line from initial product development to the finished goods. Dorothy is also a former adjunct professor at the Fashion Institute of Technology teaching packaging design and sustainability to third year students in FIT’s Cosmetic Fragrance Marketing Program.
