Deborah is a Creative Director working at AKQA São Paulo on global projects for NIKE, Coca-Cola, Elton John, Uber. AKQA is the place she calls it home after working at MAL, TBWA, DDB, FCB, McCann and other capital letters agencies through São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Belo Horizonte - her beloved hometown. Vasques was named “Future Creative Leader” at the Cannes Lions See it Be it Program and took part in relevant talks about defying gender stereotypes and ways to bring more women to the creative departments both in Brazil CCSP (“New Identities and the Space for Difference in Advertising”) and outside, at See it Be It Bulgaria (“Don’t smile – my path to overcome bad advice”). She also developed her own NFT collection focused on mental health during the pandemic called The Frameboy Journey. Deborah has a 11 years copywriter background with masters in Fine Arts and Fiction Writing, had some luck shots at Cannes, One Show, Clio and NYF besides being juror at SIBI Cannes Lions, Next Creative Leader, NYF.
