Caleb Bennett is a graphic designer, creative director, and consultant with a passion for storytelling and genuine connection. He is currently based in Honolulu and NYC. Bennett has held the title of design director for Condé Nast Traveler and Wired, as well as art director positions at The New York Times Magazine and Texas Monthly. He hails from Del Rio, Texas, and studied Communication Design at Texas Tech University. He was named one of Print magazine's 20 Under 30 New Visual Artists and also selected as an Art Directors Club (ADC) Young Gun in 2012. His work has been awarded and recognized by various organizations such as the ADC, Type Directors Club, American Society of Magazine Editors, and Society of Publication Designers (SPD). Bennett led a redesign effort for Condé Nast Traveler in 2016 that went on to win gold at SPD’s annual competition. While at The New York Times Magazine, its staff won two consecutive Design Team of the Year awards, as selected by ADC. He has lectured at the HOW Design Conference and judged various competitions, including the ADC Young Guns, SPD, and the Society of Illustrators. He also served as the Southwest Region judge for Print magazine's 2014 Regional Design Awards and co-chaired SPD’s 52nd annual competition and gala in 2017
