Della is an award-winning creative director, art director, and strategic thinker. Her
major clients have included Baskin-Robbins, Southeast Toyota, Publix, Varo Bank,
Smithfields, IKEA, Citizens, Heineken, Coca-Cola, Stolichnaya, and Philips.
She is currently an Executive Creative Director at 22Squared, building on her
passion for creating culturally impactful work that’s impossible to ignore.
Under her direction, she is enabling Baskin-Robbins, the legacy ice cream brand, to retain its OG status in culture by using social,
digital, and experiential to bring out the optimist in all of us with the Seize the Yay campaign.
With Southeast Toyota, the brand uses data to deliver highly personalized story-telling to capture the audience through the shock of recognition.
A brand builder at heart, she is most at home molding strong foundations of trust internally and with her clients.
Before 22, she spent 13 years at Ogilvy New York, primarily leading the IKEA USA
and Citizens Bank accounts. Under her direction, the team repositioned the IKEA
Brand in the U.S. beyond a flatpack cheap choice for dorms & starter homes to a
popular and regular contributor to contemporary culture through social and
experiential activations. She was also part of a diverse team of talent leading the
transformation of the stereotypical banking experience for Millennials with
Citizens. With her help, the bank modernized its brand to challenge old ideas and
industry conventions.
From big brand moments to activations, and experiences, she leads a multi
disciplinary team of skilled specialists across design, production, social, digital,
printed media, and video content.
