For over 15 years, Andy has been a pioneer in the field of storytelling and
narrative as a brand marketing discipline. He has applied his unique approach to
a range of challenges, from solving category disruption to platform creation. He
firmly believes in the transformative power of storytelling as a strategic tool,
seamlessly balancing the artistry of narrative with profound craftsmanship.

Andy has had the honor of serving on juries like the London International Awards,
Manny Awards, CLIOS, and International MAD STARS Awards. His expertise has
also positioned him to participate in panel discussions within the advertising
sector, notably contributing to events such as ADCOLOR and MAHF Advertise
Your Why. Additionally, he dedicates himself to mentorship, actively guiding
emerging talents in programs like the One School Program and WAATBP, with a
special focus on nurturing the growth of young black professionals.

Andy's work has earned him awards like PM360, Fierce Pharma, Web Awards, W3
Awards, and Webby Awards. Grounded in a rich historical background as an
artist, dance choreographer, speaker, and storyteller, Andy is fueled by a
profound motivation to inspire global audiences through the seamless fusion of
brand strategy and art. His mission extends beyond superficial engagement,
seeking to redefine how we connect and perceive the world.

Leading branding and marketing, Andy has worked on major campaigns for global
brands, covering everything from broadcast and print to social media and
experiences. His expansive portfolio spans diverse sectors, including CPG, B2C,
Entertainment, and Travel, with a recent foray into the dynamic Pharmaceutical
space at Heartbeat.

Outside of work, Andy finds joy in family life, raising his son and daughter in his
hometown of Clifton, New Jersey. Looking ahead, he's focused on growing and
making a lasting impact in his industry.
