Hatem is an award-winning Creative Director with over 19 years of experience in
the advertising industry. He is proficient in developing and executing innovative
marketing campaigns across multiple platforms and skilled in leading teams of
designers and writers to produce engaging content that resonates with target
audiences. With a proven track record of collaborating with clients to understand
their needs, Hatem delivers impactful, results-driven campaigns that exceed
expectations. He is passionate about using creativity to solve complex business
problems and drive growth.
Hatem previously worked at Advantage Marketing & Advertising in Cairo. Since
2014, he served as Senior Graphic Designer and, over the course of five years,
grew into the role of Senior Art Director, leading his team in creating a variety of
successful campaigns. In 2019, he moved to J. Walter Thompson in Amman,
where he worked as Associate Creative Director until 2023. Hatem is currently a
Creative Director at ADPRO-OMD in Amman.
Hatem began his career in Cairo, Egypt, in 2005. He graduated from Ain Shams
University with a degree in Business and Marketing and now resides in Amman,
Jordan.
