2022 the Vienna Tourist Board had joined forces with Great Britain, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Switzerland to form a ‘European alliance’ in order to attract more guests to the cities again: “Help your city. Travel to Vienna”. Noël Loozen searched all through Vienna to find the best spokesperson to spread the message for the Vienna Tourist Board. He finally found his Grumpy Karl in actor, director and casting director Markus Schleinzer. It was love at first sight.
