Monotype required a communication campaign to send a message through typography, starting with a controversial law or social tension. We chose to talk about citizenship in Italy, and to do so we took the public administration font, and implemented in it various glyphs from 6 of the writing systems used by the most popular ethnic minorities in Italy. We made various applications using this font, to give voice to those who despite living here, are not recognized as Italian.
