Based on the brief to research a communication system and its social impact, and to create an editorial piece where typography was the core of the project, I developed Grid Type Tool, an open-source website for creating modular typefaces using variable grids. The project explores AI as a creative ally, highlighting the human-machine collaboration. With no prior coding knowledge, AI helped me build the tool, export .otf fonts, and document the entire process in a book.
