David Barnett (b. 1986) is a graphic artist from New York City. In 2013, he co-founded Noble Signs, a studio focused on lettering, branding, and signage. He is a graduate of the Type@Cooper Extended Program (class of ‘22) and is a recipient of a 2022 TDC Ascenders award. His work has been featured on ABC News, in the New York Times, T Magazine, Brooklyn Magazine, and Better Letters Magazine, among others. He has created graphics and custom lettering for notable artists and brands, and is part of an ongoing effort to create a New York Sign Museum.
