Alia is a lettering artist based out of Portland, Oregon who loves to build words with paper. Her work draws on her background in illustration, fine art, and graphic design. Over the past decade she has worked with clients from Nike to Wix, designing for print and digital, as well as creating original commissions. In her paper art practice, she enjoys exploring novel line work that plays with perspective, shadow, and light. She is a lifelong lover of the Slurpee, and spends her off-time perfecting the french macaron.
