Chloe Saintilan is an Associate Creative Director at R/GA New York and co-founder of Merch Aid.

In 2019, her work for Mercedes-Benz brought the story of Ewy Rosqvist to the world - the first woman to win a touring Grand Prix in 1962. Ewy's achievement was told in a powerful film, after which a partnership with Mattel turned Ewy's car into a Matchbox toy to inspire young girls. The toy car is now on sale in over 40 countries, and Ewy’s empowering story is now taught in 26 US States. Chloe was also part of the team behind the viral ‘Hellvetica’ font that made headlines around the world.

In 2020 Chloe wrote a piece calling out the lack of women in advertising’s halls of fame, which was published by B&T and was widely shared across the industry. She also co-founded Merch Aid in April: a nonprofit initiative that teams leading designers up with small businesses and nonprofit organizations to create merchandise, which receive 100% of profits. Since its launch the initiative has sold over $350,000 of merchandise.

Outside of creative projects, Chloe has long been mentoring young talent in the industry - both in a formal and informal capacity. She has spoken on purpose-led creativity at leading events including Creative Mornings, was featured in Adobe’s ‘Create With Purpose’ campaign, and selected by Canon Australia to have her portrait taken as one of the ‘10 leaders of the future’ for International Women’s Day. Passionate about working with nonprofits, she is a former Chairman of Youngbloods NSW - a nonprofit organization empowering young people with the creative industries - and today is a member of the Day One NY’s Young Professional Board and Bottomless Closets’s Emerging Leaders Network.
