Ellie (or Eleanor if we’re being formal), was born and raised in the small town of Maryborough, Queensland. The birthplace of P. L. Travers, author of Mary Poppins. Coincidence? Perhaps not. But still.

During her three years at Leo Burnett Melbourne, Ellie’s work for Bonds OUT NOW, Bonds Unplugged and Bonds Re-Loved all went on to be recognised at international award shows including D&AD, Cannes, One Show and Clio’s. In 2020 she was Creative of the Year Finalist for the B&T Women in Media Awards.

Ellie is an introverted creative who likes out-there ideas. After 11 years in advertising, and despite many people telling her otherwise, she’s finally realised that’s ok in fact to be quiet. That being loud doesn’t make for better ideas. Quite the opposite in fact.

Ellie is passionate about using her position for good, and she’s committed to making work that can make a difference.
