We have been a team since 2009, since we met at European Institute of Design in Milan. We then joined Miami Ad School in Berlin, and interned in Stockholm, London, São Paulo, New York. In 2015 we joined Publicis Italy, and after 3 crazy years we moved to France and joined Marcel in 2018. We can say we travelled the whole world for advertising, and we’ve seen with our own eyes the lack of female leaders in our industry and the difference of treatment we are too often victim of. That’s why we love initiatives like Next Creative Leaders. We believe in the power of women supporting women - but also, women supporting all: we know that some cool briefs are destined to some specific teams. So we started a conversation with our managers and from this year on, all the cool briefs will be open, accessible to all the creatives of the agency. Hello creative democracy! We dream of a creative industry with diversity at its core, where we can be appreciated by the work we do and our ideals, just like any other male creative. A creative industry where “Next Creative Leaders” is not necessary.
