Hi! I'm a Brazilian Associate Creative Director at Gut Agency, with 10 years of experience. I have already worked with Google, Pepsico, Coke, Netflix, Heineken, Nike, among others. Some of these clients in global campaigns. I've worked at other agencies like JWT, FCB, CP+B and AKQA. During my journey I understood that the few creative women could become many and ever since I've been dedicating my time to bring more women to work with me. I also started teaching at the Miami Ad School and mentoring non-profit projects that help young talents improve their portfolio. This was very important to me as a LGBTQIA+ woman, because I was also able to teach the importance of diversity in both agencies and advertising campaigns. I've also been a speaker at two editions of the Creative Club of Brazil Festival, with the themes "Why are we only a few creative women in advertising agencies?" and "What will change in the next 25 years?". Today, in a leadership role, I know my voice can inspire and help many women feel better and more powerful.
