Megan Collen McGlynn is a CD/CW based in Chicago. She’s been writing since she was this many (age three.) More recently, Megan’s created TV, print, radio and digital content for most of the brands in your kitchen, bathroom and garage on behalf of some of the best agencies in the world.

Megan’s also focused on making the ad industry truly diverse, inclusive, and equitable for everyone. She founded Girlsday, a group for women and non-binary folks in advertising. Today, with over 4500 Girls, it’s evolved from a local social-media group to a global community.

She continues to confront her fear of public speaking by accepting invitations to appear at women’s events, including the 3% Conference, the Have Her Back movement and Ladies Get Paid. She has not fainted on stage. Yet.
