Ryan Robertson

Innovation Director, Head of Multicultural Marketing

Diageo

Ryan Robertson is an Innovation Director and the Head of Multicultural Marketing at Diageo. Previously, he served as the Brand Director for Cîroc Ultra-Premium Vodka, where he managed the strategic partnership with Sean Combs. Prior to Diageo, Ryan was at the helm of the vitaminwater brand at The Coca-Cola Company, spearheading the brand’s growth strategy, communications, equity, innovation, and entertainment partnerships. Leveraging strong consumer expertise of millennials, along with his passion for growing culturally-connected brands, he led breakthrough campaigns, winning numerous industry awards and accolades. He has over 14 years’ experience in driving meaningful connections with consumers and building brands for companies like Procter & Gamble, Alberto Culver (now Unilever), and LG Electronics. Ryan was named to Brand Innovators Top 40 Under 40, and one of the Top 100 Under 50 Diverse Emerging Leaders by The Diversity MBA organization. He holds a B.S. degree in Marketing from The University of Tennessee and an MBA from Xavier University.

A lover of music and entertainment, he has worked on the development of several projects in the indie film space. Most recently, he served as Executive Producer for the short-form episodic series King Ester, and Music Supervisor for the upcoming episodic series Sauce (currently in development with BRIC TV). Previous projects include Music Consultant on the Wades World series, and Music Supervisor on the Brooklyn. Blue. Sky. web series (VIACOM).
