With over 15 years of experience in law and advertising, Carolina understands the complexities of starting, managing and growing a business or a brand. She is committed to helping brands make a memorable impact and is equally committed to making a memorable impact on her team as a positive, successful role model.

She is CEO and Co-founder of the advertising agency Inbrax in Chile. During her 10 years in management, the agency has positioned itself as one of the most creative independent at the Chilean market in various international rankings (WINA Festival, CreativePool Top 25, bestadsontv.com, Crema Ranking by Adlatina, Lüerzer’s Archive, FICE), with multiple awards whether in Chile and abroad (Cristal, Fiap, New York Festivals, Effie, Cresta, Epica, Creativity, Ad Stars, etc). In addition, she has led the entire process of digital transformation of the agency.

Carolina was the first Latin American in received the 2018 Women in Marketing (WiM)’s award from UK for “Best Leader in Marketing – Agency Side”. She is also a member of the Bar Association of Maranhao, Brazil; member of the Board of Directors of Redmad (Red de Mujeres de Alta Dirección)- a network of women in Senior Management, of Conar - Self-Regulation and Advertising Ethics Council and of Achap (Chilean Advertising Association); a mentor in WoomUp! an organization dedicated to promote professional growth of women in Chile, and Ambassador and Expert in Entrepreneurship in Mujeres Internacionales, Chilean Chapter.

Carolina has a Master in Law and a specialization in Chile-USA Free Trade Agreement from the University of Chile and Masters degrees in Marketing Management and Business Law from Adolfo Ibañez University in Chile and currently is professor at Marketing Master at Universidad de Santiago - Usach.

She had been jury at AME Awards (twice), Gerety Awards, Creativepool and Women In Marketing.
