Joey David Tiempo is the Founder and Chief Creative of Octopus&Whale, a Game and Experience Design Agency based in Manila.

She was formerly the Executive Creative Director of Nuworks Interactive Labs, the largest independent digital advertising agency in the Philippines, and before that, the Executive Creative Director for TBWA\Digital Arts Network.

Joey’s body of work has been recognised at Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, Clio, AWARD Awards, LIA, New York Festivals, Spikes Asia, AdFest, AdStars, Digital Asia Festival, AMES, and others. She has been invited to serve as jury in the Cannes Lions, D&AD, ADC, New York Festivals, Spikes Asia, AdFest and AdStars.

She is also co-founder of the award-winning Manikako (My Doll), a non-profit organisation that teaches creativity and environmental responsibility to children. Her recruitment campaign for Manikako won the country’s first Webby award.

As Chief Creative for Octopus&Whale, Joey integrates gaming and marketing principles to create unique brand experiences and digital products for partner agencies and clients.
