Rachael Harvey is a co-founder of the Environments team for Airbnb. She is interested in how architecture - both big and small - affect our experience in space. Over the last +6yrs, the team has designed offices for the company around the world as well as major events. Recent projects include defining 'thoughtful design; for Airbnb Plus and collaborating with developers to create apartment communities designed for home-sharing.

Rachael earned a Bachelors of Architecture, with honors from California College of the Arts. Her work has been recognized by Architizer, FX and even received Cannes Lion Silver for Branded Environment. Rachael Harvey won the "Young Gun" prize in 2016 from the Art Directors Club of New York.
