Stephanie Nadi Olson founded We Are Rosie in 2018 after spending over a decade working in advertising. Her life experience as the daughter of a refugee drives her affinity and advocacy for marginalized groups. Her vision to start a business is born from her calling to create a better way to do business by creating more access to often overlooked talent. We Are Rosie powers marketing teams at Fortune500 brands and ad agencies, uniquely curating on-demand, remote micro-agencies for project-based work through a community of 4,000 independent talent. Stephanie has created a human-centered approach to marketing that champions diversity, inclusion, dignity, and respect for the talent– while ensuring that We Are Rosie maintains integrity and authenticity every step of the way.
