Since 2017, Susana Albuquerque is creative director at Uzina, a Portuguese independent agency in Lisbon. Susana is Portuguese and also 10% madrillena, she lived and worked in Madrid between 2013 and 2017, at DDB Spain and Y&R Madrid.

She’s been working in advertising for more than 20 years. She has led creative work that was awarded in local and international festivals, and she’s been a jury for several international advertising festivals. What moves her most as a professional is her passion for human insights, solving problems and the possibility to create beautiful things that people care about.

Since September 2018, she’s also president of the Portuguese Creative Club.
