Winter Mendelson is the Founder and CEO of Posture Media, a full service NYC-based independent creative studio comprised of women, people of color, and LGBTQ+ talent. Posture's services expand across content production, marketing strategy, design, diversity consulting, media buying/planning, and more. Winter also produces Posture's quarterly events series —PostureLive — that celebrates underestimated leaders in advertising and marketing.
