Yomara Arnold has spent more than ten years of her life living the power of marketing first hand. As an account person she has worked for local and global brands for Latin-American countries, which puts her in a unique position to better understand what communication looks like in developing economies with a history of little to none diversity representation.

She knows that when it comes to building a brand there is no single approach that works and believes in the necessity of having a committed team in order to succeed in any field. According to her without leaders and mentors new generations cannot imagine what lies ahead.

She holds a Bachelor’s in Communications and a Master’s in Marketing, while her focus is on advertising, she is also passionate about the role of language in communication and how it evolves as a result of cross cultural communications.

She is an avid reader who looks forward to keep experiencing the power of marketing in the best possible way. Yomara is currently an Account Director at 4am Saatchi & Saatchi Guatemala, where she lives.
