Kristen is a sociology nerd with a background in brand, creative, and social strategy. Her career started in nonprofit communications before moving over to the agency world with a role at M&C Saatchi and eventually to hi5.agency where she is currently the Head of Strategy + Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

Kristen oversees a team of brilliant creative strategists who set the strategic vision for the award winning agency?s client partners such as Spotify, Ubisoft, Netflix, Disney, Universal, and a wealth of other brands and entertainment properties.

With a nontraditional upbringing and a mixed race background, Kristen has had a lifelong passion for issues related to culture and identity. It is with this passion that she also leads hi5.agency?s DEI efforts, and works to create a more inclusive, equitable future for the advertising industry as a whole.
