Next Creative Leaders is a portfolio competition that identifies, celebrates, and gives a global platform to talented, gender expansive creatives who are making their mark on the world with both their work and a unique point of view on creative leadership.

Jason Stefanik is an Executive Creative Director at dentsu creative where he leads the Subway and FTX accounts.

Prior to dentsu, he spent five years freelancing for agencies like Droga5, Wieden + Kennedy, Johannes Leonardo and TBWA/Chiat/Day NY as well as working directly with brands like Bloomberg, VH1 and GNC to create campaigns and branded content.

Before freelance, he was a VP/Creative Director at BBDO New York where he and his partner ran the Diet Dew and Champs Sports accounts. While at BBDO, he also won and launched the popular Foot Locker "Approved" campaign, as well as creating famous work for Snickers, FedEx and AT&T.

During his 15+ year career, he has consistently made content that breaks into popular culture, racking up over 30 million views on YouTube and being featured on The Today Show, CNN, ABC News, New York Magazine’s Approval Matrix, Mashable, ESPN, Bleacher Report, TBS Funniest Commercials of the Year and in The New York Times. He’s been acknowledged by the industry with Cannes Lions, One Show Pencils, ADC Cubes, Clios and many other international advertising awards.

He has taught at both the Pratt Institute and The City College of New York, leading both universities to One Show gold every year.

He lives in Brooklyn, NY with his wife, two boys and his dog Pants!.
