Melissa is a queer-francophone creative director and partner at Design de Plume, a Canadian women-led design circle focused on inclusive and accessible designs for social good. As an international award winning design firm, DDP works for groups who advocate for gender and 2SLGBTQIA+ diversity, Indigenous cultures, and people with a range of physical and mental needs. While managing the creative team, Melissa's ability to make inspiring, informative visuals have given her expertise in storytelling complex ideas.
