Antonio Bechtle started his career in Peru, as a copywriter at Leo Burnett and then as a senior at JWT. Later, he moved to Lithuania to work at Not Perfect Y&R, and soon afterwards jumped to MILK, where he eventually became a creative director, helping the agency to become one of the most awarded in the region. After that, and also after a short cultural exchange period at Y&R Namibia and some freelancing in Amsterdam, he decided to found in Vilnius the miniature agency BM Boutique, created to challenge the industry’s establishment, fighting for a more honest environment for partnership, collaboration and, ultimately, creativity. Parallel to that, he has been the Head of the Creativity Course at the local branch of the advertising school The Atomic Garden.
