Mohammad Gorjestani is an Iranian-born director, photographer, multidisciplinary artist, and founder of award-winning creative studio & production company, Even/Odd. His work exists between fiction and non-fiction forms with a distinct visual language and viewpoint emerging from the intersection of the cultures & communities that raised him. His films have earned recognition, including the Grand Jury Prize at SXSW, The Tribeca “X” Prize, and Vimeo “Best of the Year”, and he has been featured by outlets including The New York Times, Vogue, and The New Yorker.
