Dwight James III is a creative director, writer, and consultant born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. He uses poetry to inspire people and disrupt the norm. Dwight's published work is seen in newspapers, magazines, and more. He owns and operates Mav3rick Studios Worldwide, a creative studio focusing on narrative, commercial, and experimental cinema servicing non-profits, events, conferences, brands, and celebrities. His previous clients include Amazon Music, SpringHill, and UNCF. He is the director of three short films and a forthcoming documentary. He believes in paying it forward by creating opportunities for his peers and family to operate in their gifts.
