Valev Laube is a New York-based creative director, entrepreneur, and multimedia designer with an extensive background in branding, web design, and marketing. Originally from Estonia, Valev has built a distinguished career that bridges the gap between art, technology, and digital communication. He co-founded The VL Studios, a creative agency in New York, and his work has spanned industries from fashion to Broadway productions, working with renowned brands like Kenneth Cole, Steve Madden, Helen Yarmak, Viking Beauty Secrets, and many others.
Valev has also been the brand director and designer for various film and multimedia productions, earning accolades for his visual storytelling. He was awarded Best Poster Design for his work on the short film Wildflower and recognized with the Best Brand Design of the Toronto-based documentary festival EstDocs in 2018. His design and production expertise extends to multidisciplinary performances such as Tonality of Culture at the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C. in 2017, and leadership of the Estonian Cultural Days in New York 2016-2019.
