Alan Schulman is Co-Founder & Chief Creative & Officer of UpperRight – The Creative in Context Company. One of the industry’s leading voices in the application of Gen AI to content creation, production & optimization , Schulman has served as Chief Creative Officer of Deloitte Digital, SapientNitro, & McCann-Erickson among other major agencies. He has served as a Juror and Instructor for the Cannes Lions Creative Festival & Academy, The ANA School of Marketing, and as a speaker and lecturer on “Generative AI in Creative & Content” for numerous university creative programs including Northwestern IMC, Columbia’s GSB, NYU Stern, Howard University and the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. He is the author of “Generative AI in Creative & Content – Now, Near & Next Applications – published by the Association of National Advertisers (ANA), “Algorithms don’t Feel, People do” published by the Harvard Business Review, and is also the recent co-author of “Resurrecting Jimi Hendrix – the power of AI to expand consumer engagement through musical fan cultures” published by Management Business Review.
