Dansekampen (Eng: The Dance Battle) is a new dance competition for individuals with intellectual disabilities, organized by the Norwegian Dance Federation. The competition allows anyone, regardless of their level of ability or developmental challenges, to participate in a dance competition with judges and an audience. In close collaboration with the Norwegian Dance Federation, we developed a new visual identity for the competition, centered around a bold, dancing logo symbol. By combining the letters D and K, a dancing character is formed, placing the joy of dance and movement at the core of the brand. The logo can be remixed into a range of dancing characters, reflecting the various movements in different dance styles.
