About the Work

In order to demonstrate how innovative SAP software is, the company commissioned an unusual product demonstration. The digital artist, Julius Popp, created an interactive installation entitled ?bit.code?, which uses SAP software to identify and filter key works from internet news sites and transmit them on an oversize mechanical display. The film follows the creative process from the artist?s studio in Leipzig to the start of the exhibition ?decode. digital design sensations? in the Victoria & Albert Museum, London, and the installation can be seen at the CAFA Art Museum, Beijeng at the moment.
