About the Work
In early 2016, the pharmaceutical company Almirall made a strategic shift towards dermatology. The company needed to raise awareness among its 1700 workers, in more than 15 countries, regarding the importance of their future daily work, as they would be helping people who suffer from skin diseases. For one day, we put the workers at Almirall in the position to really feel in their own skin what it’s like t olive with a skin condition every day. To do so, we made up five workers (including de company’s CEO) with five severe skin diseases and we took them out into public to allow them to see and feel the reactions of the people they passed in the streets. We increased the involvement and motivation of company workers and generated a more humanitarian approach to the development of new medical solutions, positioning Almirall as an innovative company in the dermatology field
