Tulipan, an argentinian brand dedicated to the production of condoms and other intimate products, has joined hands with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) to launch a communication campaign to bring awareness to a problem that affects women and everyone with a vulva. In heterosexual relationships 95% of men reach an orgasm, compared to women, who only do 65% of the time. The interesting data point we found was that we only understood in detail the anatomy and functions of the clitoris, the only organ exclusively dedicated to pleasure, in 1998. With this data we created an animated short that, through a song, lists all the discoveries throughout human history that preceded the study of this organ. From the pyramids of Giza, through the moon launcher, even pump up sneakers. This way we looked to bring awareness to this taboo topic: women’s and people with vulva’s pleasure, that are the ones that have been most relegated in this area. Talking about an issue is the first step to overcoming it. The video was published in social media to favour discourse and virilization of the content. This piece was accompanied by other digital contents that together brought this issue to light and started a conversation in social media.
