LEAVING BICYCLES IN PUBLIC AREAS ISNÃT ALWAYS SAFE. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS ARE NEEDED, ESPECIALLY NOW WHEN PEOPLE ARE ENCOURAGED TO RIDE BICYCLES INSTEAD OF DRIVING THEIR CARS. THE CHALLENGE WAS TO MAKE CONSUMERS TRUST IN THE QUALITY OF THIS BRAND.
