Beth is a creative leader from Aotearoa/New Zealand. She is a globally recognised creative, described as a rare mix of optimism and dogged determination.

Armed with a Master of Fine Arts, she landed in advertising and promptly won New
Zealand’s first D&AD Black Pencil. She then took that momentum to Droga5 New York and R/GA, working inside some of the most inventive rooms in the industry.

More recently, she helped create the Cannes Titanium Grand Prix-winning Digital Nation of Tuvalu. A radical answer to the question “what happens to a country without land?” The project cemented her reputation as one of the leading creatives championing change across the APAC region.

In 2025, she co-founded Princess - A Creative Company. An independent outfit built to reimagine categories and prove that creativity is still the most powerful tool for building a better future. Imagining new ways of doing things remains her absolute favourite pastime.
