His time as CCO at DDB NY and prior to that as founder and ECD at Wieden+Kennedy Sao Paulo were instrumental in preparing him to deal with happiness at work.

Across the past twenty years, Icaro has run global, regional and local businesses. Coca-Cola, Heineken, Nike and Progressive Insurance to name a few.

A native Brazilian and proud Bostonian, Icaro was once ranked as the most awarded creative in the world.
