Keith Anderson

Goodby, Silverstein & Partners

San Francisco

Keith has been at GSP more years (in an industry known for its fickleness) than he dares admit.

A Midwesterner originally, he studied painting at Washington University in St. Louis, only to realize upon graduation that starvation wasn't on his list of things to achieve—nor was he going to remain a Midwesterner. So he moved west to Los Angeles and started his design career, working on several now-defunct fashion brands before moving on to cars, with stints at Hill Holliday and Ruben Postaer.

After the Northridge earthquake and several crumbled walls, he moved to the Bay Area (all logic aside) and joined GSP. During his tenure here he has worked on just about every account in the building—in both design and advertising capacities—and built the team that led the agency's efforts to integrate digital thinking across all our creative work.

Along the way, he has won awards and honors from The One Club, D&AD, ANDYs, CLIOs, Communication Arts and Flashforward, among others, and served on the juries of many of those same shows. He speaks frequently on the evolution of design and interactivity in branding and communications.
