Directing teams that develop and deliver insight-driven creative gets Amy excited about diving into work every day. She leads and manages the Creative Group at closerlook (a member of Fishawack Health) where she's leaped up the ranks over the past 10+ years and works extensively with cross-functional partners and clients to shape work that provides the most relevant and compelling experiences for HCPs and patients. Work she's led has been recognized with Gold awards at MM&M, PM360 Trailblazer, and Fierce Pharma and a Best in Show Platinum award at MM&M.

In addition to the work and the people, Amy is passionate about creating a welcoming, open environment where everyone can grow and flourish. She is a founding member of the company's Allyship group, an active participant in D&I initiatives and Creative's representative on the agency's Delivery L10.
