Hermon is Global Chief Culture Officer at Mediabrands where she is responsible for helping to create a more inclusive culture through key initiatives and collaborations that bring together Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Learning and Leadership Development and Talent Analytics to ensure that people feel heard, seen, and supported. An Eritrean immigrant and Harvard graduate, Hermon is an accomplished leader and industry advisor, with a career that spans agency leadership, executive recruiting, and consulting. She spent the majority of her career leading integrated client teams at agencies with some of the most distinct and compelling cultures in our industry, notably Leo Burnett, Deutsch LA, and Goodby, Silverstein & Partners. As an executive recruiter, Hermon had the privilege to get to know, learn from, and guide, some of the most talented leaders in marketing and communications. Hermon is a Third Culture Kid and her nomadic upbringing has shaped her identity and perspective. Her curiosity, love of languages and cultures, a great story, her community, and her 2-year-old daughter who teaches her so much every day, are the things that light her up.
