Lacey is an acclaimed creative leader, currently leading all creative initiatives that flow through the LA office. She pushes the work to another level and is passionate about making the world a better place through creativity - all whilst nurturing creative talent to do the best work of their lives.

A creative first and foremost, it’s Lacey’s ability to go beyond her creative duties that truly sets her apart. She is the rare combination of great attention to detail, a deep understanding of any project or medium, and has rich agency experience. Thus, making her an incredibly valued member of the agency leadership team.

Prior to joining GSW, Lacey held key roles in developing brand-building work for Publicis Life Brands (Medicus), Grey Group, Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness, and Carling Communications working on a wide array of therapeutic areas ranging from diabetes, devices, and dermatology to ophthalmology, oncology, and immunology just to name a few.

Most recently, Lacey worked at Fishawack Health as the Head of Creative and led the North American creative, integrated production, and design departments.

Lacey has been honored with a Cannes Young Lions “Spotlight” Award, PM360 ELITE (Exceptional Leaders, Innovators, Transformers and Entrepreneurs) in the Creative Director category and multiple Bronze, Silver and Gold Telly awards for her work over the years. She has also served as a jury member for MM&M, Clio Health, Manny Awards, and WeGo Health.

She earned a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Communication Design from Kutztown University with minors in advertising and digital design.
