Pia Leichter is a creative catalyst and collaborator shaping and inhabiting expansive and transformative spaces where new mindsets, ideas, stories, and communities emerge that together shift towards a more heartfelt, whole, inclusive, and regenerative world. She is currently building Kollektiv Studio, inspired by the Danish kollektiv, a co-living and sharing concept that expands the idea of family, and studio, a space where new creations emerge. Kollektiv Studio creates the shift through creativity, connection, and culture. Recently, as Creative Director at We Love People, a purpose-driven strategic and creative consultancy, Pia helped brands, organizations, non-profits, and foundations craft new narratives, cultures, ideas, innovations, and identities that positively impact profit, people, and the planet. Working as a Creative Director and copywriter for over 15 years, Pia has applied creativity to solve problems and develop ideas that create impact at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and technology. She has helped build a creative studio, teams, and brands, won numerous awards, and judged award shows, but she is most proud of work that shifts culture and drives change. Pia is a New Yorker/Québécoise based in Copenhagen where she lives with her partner and two bonus children.
