Della is currently an Executive Creative Director at 22Squared, where she is building on her passion for creating impactful work that is guided by good for brands like Southeast Toyota, Baskin Robbins and Amazon Prime Video. Before that, she was at Ogilvy New York, primarily leading IKEA USA and Citizens. Under her direction, the team repositioned the IKEA Brand in the U.S. beyond a flatpack cheap choice for dorms & starter homes to the leader of life at home that can support every family’s American Dream. She was also part of a diverse team of talent leading the transformation of the stereotypical banking experience for Millennials with Citizens. With her help, the bank is modernizing its brand into one that challenges old ideas and industry conventions.
